I have been a full-time nanny for children ages newborn to 12 years old. I would describe my child care style as easygoing and caring. I set my limits, depending on the child's age and the parents' wishes. I believe that infants need to be held, rocked, kissed and soothed. Toddlers need to feel assured that you understand their needs, but also have limits to help them feel secure. I like to let the child know that I'm willing to listen and help them through their hard moments. I am not just their caregiver, but also their friend. A typical day with me would include visits to the park, arts and crafts, reading, library trips and play dates.

Michelle was our wonderful nanny for 10 years and cared for our two girls (one from birth). She is responsible, caring, and organized. She was great with kids, planning lots of fun activities, and also did our weekly grocery shopping, laundry, and numerous other errands. We loved having Michelle as part of our family!
