About Rachel

As a recent graduate student with a Master of Public Health degree, I am looking for extra income in addition to my full-time job as a Human Resources Manager at a pediatric Behavioral Health Organization to help pay off my student loans. I have a wide range of experience caring for children of all ages in daycares and residential settings over the last 10 years. I also have vast experience working with individuals with disabilities, such as through Special Olympics Michigan, Hope Network, and as a personal caregiver for a young man with cerebral palsy. I am very energetic, positive, and compassionate. Having a background in health and wellness, I love to encourage children to spend time outdoors, engage in fun activities, and attend local community events. I have excellent time management and organizational skills, and would love to help a family who needs an extra hand around the house. I live in the East Hills area, but am willing to travel across West Michigan.
