About Rian

I started working with kids very early on. I came to understand and appreciate the importance of quality childcare while watching over my siblings and cousins. This eventually lead to me looking for a career within the childcare industry. I worked for around two years with a family, looking after their two young sons. One thing you should know about me is that my limited work history does not define my quality of care. What I lack in experience, I make up for in ambition. I am passionate about childcare and would love to expand my career and experience. Over the years I've acquired plenty of childcare skills. Some of those being, practicing patience (even under extenuating circumstances), being attentive to both the children and parents, and finally, trying to have fun and be creative during my visits!
