About Shalanyuy

I am a 23-year-old who has 2 sisters and 5 brothers (4 of whom are younger than me that I grew up looking after) ranging from ages 6-20. I have a lot of experience caring for children at home as well as professionally. In high school, I volunteered as a summer camp counselor which equipped me to care for a very diverse group of children ages 5-12. I am currently a senior in my last semester of nursing school. I have completed clinical rotations at Johns Hopkins L&D and maternity unit caring for newborns, Kennedy Krieger caring for special needs children, and Sheppard Pratt Psychology Institute caring for adolescents undergoing mental illnesses. I am patience, empathic, and critical think. In addition, I am fun and playful all while being very responsible, understanding, compassionate, and mature. I am very open-minded and accepting of other people's interests, opinions, and lifestyle choices. I have also worked in customer service for over 5 years and babysat for several clients.
