I have been asked to watch my family-friend's children, and I really do like kids a lot. My father is a 4th grade teacher and I have helped out in his classroom before; while that has been unpaid work, the experience has been valuable. When I was in high school I consistently took home and entertained 2 kids for about 4 hours until their mom came home from work on Friday evenings, for about 6 months. Those kids were the highlight of my week, and we really bonded and meshed well together. I had to learn how kids react to discipline and consistency in rules and boundaries both with those two kids, and my foster brother, who is now in high school and has been in our lives for about a decade. I hope to continue to help our little humans grow into wonderful members of society!
